What Is An Ohio Criminal Record?
An Ohio criminal history check is a report of a person’s criminality activity. Arrests and convictions are recorded by state and local law enforcement and the court system. This data is intended for numerous reasons. Most importantly it’s used to identify individuals (example via fingerprints) and discovering potential criminals in ongoing criminal cases. These records may also be helpful for legal matters specially when a sentence is carried out for repeat offenders. Very common these days criminal records are used when a background check is performed by the public and private sector.
